Russell and Dawson Inc has demonstrated its skills on several school projects over the last few years. Our expertise covers multiple areas, including architectural design services, project planning, project programming, construction documents, engineering design and construction administration. The core understanding that we possess of the construction methodologies and thorough understanding of the design process, makes us a strong candidate for 教育 Design Architecture projects. Russell and Dawson is familiar with the 办公室 of School Construction Grants & Review (OSCG&R) process for administration of school construction grants and the architectural plan review process for it. We have experience with preparing grant documents to outline the scope of work of the said projects and to provide an estimate budget of the construction services. Our BIM consultants have experience with the BIM guidelines for the Connecticut Department of Administration 服务 and have provided these services on several projects. We have also demonstrated our experience in creating project construction documents and project progress documentation. Our understanding of the construction administration involves change order management, responding to RFIs, issuing addenda, and issuing sketches as needed, along with requisite site visits.
